At Sunlight Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and installation manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger vanity units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
