How long does shipping take for large fixtures like bathtubs or vanities?
Due to their size and weight, large fixtures are shipped via specialized freight carriers. Typically, delivery takes between 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number and a call from the carrier to schedule a delivery window.
What is your return policy for bathroom tiles and hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging. Please note that for tiles, we only accept returns on full, unopened boxes to ensure quality control.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Sunlight Bathrooms products carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Many of our premium faucets and showerheads include a limited lifetime warranty covering leaks and finish defects.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, document it on the delivery receipt and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we provide detailed technical specification sheets for all products to assist your licensed plumber or contractor. We highly recommend using certified professionals for all electrical and plumbing work.
Are your faucets and showerheads water-efficient?
Absolutely. The majority of our fixtures are WaterSense certified, designed to reduce water consumption by at least 20% without sacrificing performance or water pressure.
